The first phase of the Ningxia Liziyuan 1,000-ton raw milk deep-processing project has opened, and the second phase has commenced. Heilongjiang Laoli Technology was invited to join this industry‑wide grand event.

On the morning of June 16, 2026, the grand opening ceremony for Phase I and the groundbreaking for Phase II of Ningxia Liziyuan Food Co., Ltd.’s project to deeply process 1,000 tons of raw milk per day was solemnly held in the Yinchuan Economic Development Zone. Local leaders, corporate partners, industry peers, and all employees of Liziyuan gathered on site to jointly witness this milestone moment. At the ceremony, Mr. Chen Yu, Chairman of Heilongjiang Laoli Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a speech as the equipment‑supplying partner, highlighting how Laoli Technology had custom‑designed industry‑leading MVR evaporators, large spray‑drying towers, and other core units specifically for Liziyuan, which have received an excellent response.

In this project, LaoLi Technology provided all the key, state‑of‑the‑art equipment, including two 24‑ton MVR mechanical vapor recompression evaporators that incorporate benchmark‑level, in‑house technology in China’s dairy‑equipment sector. Compared with conventional multi‑effect evaporators, these units significantly reduce steam consumption, delivering outstanding energy‑saving performance. Moreover, their low‑temperature concentration process fully preserves the nutrients of fresh milk, representing the cutting edge of domestic equipment and fully meeting the requirements for continuous, stable operation of large‑scale milk‑powder production lines.

Since the launch of the Liziyuan project, the LaoLi team has maintained a full‑time on‑site presence, coordinating every step—from process engineering and custom design to factory commissioning, on‑site installation, and end‑to‑end integrated testing. They have closely monitored key milestones and rigorously ensured manufacturing precision and quality. In response to the stringent operating requirements of high‑capacity production lines, the LaoLi team has continuously optimized equipment configurations and strengthened the integration of automated control systems, fully ensuring the successful implementation of both production lines and achieving a single‑batch feed, single‑pass powder output, and a flawless first‑time trial run for both lines.
